It's way too sweet if you go by recommendation, the aftertaste remained even 1 hour after the drink, even though I drank some water too. It's so sweet , it's giving me headache

I have taken it for about a week and can say that it reduces the recovery time from exercise. When used with sufficient dietary protein, this product can be very good as a supplement - especially for beginners. Good value for money as well 👍🏼
