Just used one of the pens for the first time in my Cricut Maker 3 and I’m impressed! Fitted straight into my machine without the need for an adaptor and it was clear how far down it needed to go. No issues with ink not flowing. Will definitely look at buying more items of this brand.

These REALIKE metallic pens work really well for Cricut drawing and general craft use. The colours are vibrant and the metallic finish shows up nicely on both light and dark cardstock, giving projects a premium and decorative look. The 1.0 medium point produces smooth, consistent lines that are ideal for lettering, colouring, and adding detail to designs. They fit securely into compatible Cricut machines and are easy to swap in and out during projects. Ink flow is generally good, and most colours perform consistently without skipping. They are especially useful for greeting cards, labels, and personalised craft items where a metallic effect makes a difference. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that a couple of colours can take a little longer to fully dry, so care is needed to avoid smudging during handling. Overall, a reliable set of metallic pens that add a nice finishing touch to Cricut and paper crafting projects.

Fantastic pens lovely colours would buy again

Really poor quality pens. I tried them on my cricut which it states they are compatible with and had to sit with my finger pressed on the top of the pen to give it some weight, otherwise nothing appeared on the card. The first two pens I used actually fell to bits after only a couple of minutes use if that and there was absolutely no ink coming from the darkest pen so absolute waste of money so very disappointed! I cannot advise in the drying time as they either didn't or were barely working. From the ones I could get a small amount of coloured ink from the colours are very dull, listless and didn't look very metallic and overall very poor quality. I couldn't believe the difference when I put my genuine cricut pen in my machine which has not been used for approx 3 years and it worked perfectly and gave a good standard of ink. The name 'REALIKE' is a bit of a joke to be honest, there is nothing real-like about them! This will teach me for being a skinflint and I will be sticking with genuine products from now on. Don't waste your money, it's false economy!

I purchased these pens as a cheaper option for use in my Cricut Maker. They are certainly a good value option, with a good range of pen choices (0.4 tip, 1 tip, 2 tip, 2 tip and gel pen). They fit perfectly within my Cricut Maker 3 and on first glance appeared to be an excellent bargain. I have now had these pens for several months and feel I’ve had a good chance to truly test the waters with them; unfortunately they’ve not been as good as first seemed. The 0.4 tip dried out after one use. I’ve wasted quite a bit of writeable vinyl hoping it would work again. Every single pen has smudged occasionally within the Cricut machine. The nibs of the pens are also slightly loose; on a couple of occasions they’ve slid forward at the start of use, only to be pushed back into the pen whilst in use, leaving zero writing on my project. Another waste of materials. I was also slightly disappointed to notice that the tips on all of the thicker pens are in fact calligraphy shaped, not markers. I would have very much liked markers. Fortunately none other than the 0.4 tip have dried so quickly, and so the others are useable, but not perfect. I now double check the nibs are securely in place at the start of a project and this helps. I’ve not found a solution for the smudging sadly, I just kind of live with it (I don’t sell my products). The one thing to note with all of this is that I haven’t compared this product with Cricut branded pens, and so I really don’t know if the grass is greener elsewhere. If you really do need to save some pennies, they will do the job, with a bit of frustration along the way. If price is negotiable for you, maybe check reviews elsewhere before committing.

Ich bin immer Fan davon, wenn Nicht-Cricut-Stifte ohne Adapter in den Halter passen. So auch hier der Fall: Die Stifte passen problemlos in meinen Cricut Maker. Das Schriftbild ist bei verschiedenen Schriften sehr gut und vergleichbar mit den Originalstiften. Die Farben sind kräftig und funktionieren auch auf dunklem Papier mit ausreichendem Kontrast. Kurzum: Ich bin zufrieden mit den Stiften; sie erfüllen ihren Zweck in guter Qualität.
