Automatically Shuts Off After Several Minutes of Inactivity
I need this device to remain powered on and actively detect the environment, but this is built to power off after several minutes of inactivity. Otherwise, pretty handy. I liked how you can change between "AVG" readings which is just like using any detection device looking for EMF, but then there is "MAX" setting where if EMF is detected the max reading will stay on screen instead of hitting that max for a split second and the value changes. Too bad it doesn't have a function that would allow it to stay on for extended period of time otherwise I would be keeping this.

Without reviews I was skeptical but as far as I can tell it works
You wanna see this thing go nuts, go next to your microwave and start it. After I did that I went to see if there were any other fields I could find. I have a giant magnet that also set it off. The temperature seems accurate but I have no way of checking the accuracy of the MF. I bought this because I cosplay as a Ghostbuster and this seems like the exact sort of thing a modern Ghostbuster would have, and it works well enough for that and looking for EMFs in the house. If it starts to fail soon I’ll update my review but so far so good
