Only sprays the oils for 10 seconds and then waits another 120 seconds to spray again. We have ours set up to an air pressure switch so it turns on automatically with the furnace but only 10 seconds of spray does nothing and we only have a 2500 sq ft home. Update: You can change all of this in the settings and everything works perfectly now!!

I purchased the Levona Scent Arosa 1500 HVAC diffuser. The product was easy to install. You do need ample room where ever your HVAC is located to hang it on the wall and need an electrical outlet. To change the scent, I do have to take the box off the wall because the space is too tight for me to change it while it's hanging. This isn't a problem because it only takes a couple of minutes.I love that there is an app you can download to set the length of how long you want your diffuser to run scent into the HVAC. If I know I'm having company, I'll set it accordingly, otherwise, I set it to come on periodically throughout the day. The house smells great. I feel the price is reasonable compared to other units like hotel collection and aroma 360.

Purchased the Levona Scent Lavanda with high hopes of having a fragrant and inviting home. This product, designed to connect with the HVAC system and boasting a coverage area of 6000 sq. ft., seemed like the ideal solution. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Initially, the device functioned for a couple of weeks, but soon after, it began to falter. The scent, rather than diffusing evenly throughout the house, was noticeably present only near the return vent. This was a significant letdown, considering the product's promise to seamlessly integrate with the HVAC system for widespread fragrance dispersion.The cost of the essential oil required for this machine is another downside. The oil is extremely expensive, and considering the poor performance of the device, it felt like a wasted investment. What compounded my frustration was the gradual decline in the machine's efficacy. Over a few months, its coverage shrank drastically, barely managing to scent 2500 sq. ft., let alone the advertised 6000 sq. ft.The final blow came when the machine stopped working altogether. This left me with an unused bottle of expensive oil, rendering my initial investment of $150 even more disappointing. The idea of a home filled with the soothing aroma of lavender remained unfulfilled, and the machine, instead of being an asset, turned into an expensive and ineffective piece of equipment.In conclusion, the Levona Scent Lavanda did not live up to its promises. Its limited scent coverage, high running costs, and eventual breakdown make it a product I cannot recommend. If you're considering this product for your home, you might want to explore other options that could offer better value and reliability.

I purchased the Levona 1500 about a year ago and it's been exactly what I was looking for. I looked online at similar machines that were twice the price or more and am happy I went with this one rather than one of those.I have the machine attached to our HVAC, which has saved us money using the diffuser oils vs. the multiple scented plug-ins we were previously using and having to replace every 3-4 weeks. The app has been easy to use as well, and it's been nice to be able to increase the amount of scent when entertaining vs. having it at a lower level when it's just the family at home. Overall, it's been nice to have a consistent scent throughout the house and to be able to easily try new scents as well.

Oh my goodness… the Miami Dreams scent is amazing! I’ve spent the better part of the past year trying dozens! of different fragrance oils from various brands and this one is THE ONE. Problem is, despite being well packaged for shipping it arrived with a crack in the bottle. The entire thick cardboard tube/box it comes in was completely saturated, and the plastic bag full of the oil. There wasn’t even 25% left in the bottle. I’ll be taking it to UPS store this coming week to return, hoping they’ll accept it in that condition (fingers crossed 🤞🏻). I want to repurchase but a bit hesitant since it was indeed packaged well. 🤷🏼‍♀️Anyway, the inside of my mailbox still smells amazing!!! 💁🏼‍♀️

I initially ordered the Levona 6000 diffuser and sample pack both of which we were very happy with. All of their scent line-up smell great, you cant really go wrong with any of them. I ended up choosing Miami Dreams as a favorite, but package arrived a lot of it had leaked out. I returned it at the time without thinking much of it and went with another vendor's oil. Rey V. (customer service rep) reached out to me after to follow up on our experience and made it right. Replaced had no leaks and smells amazing, oil is much better quality and much stronger scent (less goes a long way) than the other one we were using. Great product quality, great customer service, I will stick with them moving forward! One of the best customer experiences we have had with an Amazon vendor.

Scent is wonderful. Ordered a large bottle and paid $75.00. Week later decided to order another bottle and the price was raised to $139.00. Not justified.

Nice aroma, sutil, not overpowering

The smell is good but if u want something strong to stimulate ur nose sensory. This smell does not fit. However I like the smell
