I was Vegan but I am not now but I thought I would try this product as it might be easier to absorb as a liquid. I cannot tell the difference to be honest. It is well made and I am sure it will be just the ticket if you are Vegan. Give it a try.

I have osteopenia, so bone health is VITALLY important to me, and this is a very helpful formulation to get what I need delivered where it needs to go optimally. This is SUCH a good resource for nutrition!The white opaque bottle arrived at my door packed well with the label on the bottle is clear, easy-to-read, and has the general information printed right there so I don’t have to keep going to the product description to remember the recommended dosage, etc.The bottle is sealed well at the neck opening. It has a convenient flip-top so accurate pouring the proper dosage without spilling is simple and easy.The lot number and production date are clearly stamped right on the bottle. My supplement was produced less than two months before it was delivered to my door, so I KNOW it is “fresh”!The quality I appreciate the most is the “liposomal” formulation. SO MUCH of most supplements gets lost in the digestion process— but this addresses that problem. I am glad of this!The flavor is “strawberry yogurt”. Well, ick. BUT I did not buy this as a treat, or a candy; I bought it for HEALTH, so taste simply is not an issue here. I will pinch my nose and then wash the dose down with REAL strawberry yogurt, perhaps?I am VERY glad this is in my health and wellness regimen. GOOD product!

This product is an interesting tasty way to take vitamins. It is basically strawberry yogurt with a little extra tang. The taste is good overall though, and you only need to take a tablespoon to get the vitamin benefits. The bottle says to refrigerate it and consume within 45 days of opening the bottle. This should be pretty easy because there are just 30 servings in the bottle.

Only started adding this supplement of vegan vitamin D3 & K2, so I cannot say how effective this is added to a daily regimen. It was suggested I might wish to add to my other intake of daily supplements as I have been feeling "eh" as of late & it was mentioned that I could be lacking in vitamin D, as I have not been outside much lately.The dosage is one (1) tablespoon daily, and full use after opening is forty-five (45) days after opening. Refrigeration is required after opening, something I will need to remember daily. Also, mentioned that if pregnant or lactating? Check with your doctor before use, but that goes for anyone I think as you always want the most positive results out of any added supplement. And your doctor should know what your intake is to assure nothing reacts negatively with any other you may be taking.Hoping for positive results! Be back after this bottle is finished!

This is a great liquid vitamin with a great taste and has a nice strawberry yogurt flavor, you do need to refrigerate after opening which is fine, I can't really say if the absorbency is good or not since I'm not a doctor but compared to vitamin D in pill form, I'm sure it is superior, and it tastes great which is a plus without having to struggle through a chunky pill, you only need a tbsp of this per day as well, so I'd recommend!

First things first, this thing tastes delicious. It has the flavor and texture of dessert. Think yogurt. They say to be careful when opening this for the first time, as the contents are highly pressurized. They aren't lying. My only real gripe with this is that I have to store this in the fridge..but eh....As far as liposomal vitamins go, this is the business. Also, if like me, you forget to take this because it is away from your other vitamins and in the fridge, you can create a ritual where you add this to breakfast or something...

One person’s food is another’s poison, but I do not understand reviews that call the flavor chemical or perfume or shampoo.Finally, the bottle I received was under some pressure. It can explode, as one review noted, when removing the safety seal. Solution, I punctured the safety seal with a very fine needle and a tiny amount of the mixture oozed out.So, a nicely flavored, easily dispensed serving (1 tablespoon) of adequate D3 and K2 dosages. However, one can purchase individual bottles of D3 and K2 or D3/K2 formulations in one capsule or pill, at a substantially less cost per serving while still getting vegan and non-GMO products, if that is an issue.My 3-star rating is, for me, a neutral rating.

I like that this is liquid and easy to take. It doesn’t taste really good by itself, but I just mix it in juice and down it all at once. Hopefully it keeps my vitamin D levels up as I was ordered by the doctor to take this combination.
