When I initially opened these pillows from the vacuum packaging, I felt as deflated as these pillow inserts appeared. The packaging process had packed the pillow fibers so tight that the pillow size was severely reduced and the pillows quite flat. I was certain that these would be returned before I’d opened the packaging of all 8 that I purchased. I decided I’d throw them in the dryer to see if the heat would help to fluff them. IT DID! It made a night and day difference. The difference is that of a deflated & inflated balloon. So, take my word on this & don’t be disappointed or consider a return until trying this simple trick. In fact, these should come with instructions to to this as my opinion and full satisfaction completely altered by implementing this simple hack. Great pillows! Good price! I definitely recommend this purchase.

As another review suggested placing them in the dryer did allow to to fluff much sooner! They are soft and full and I would definitely purchase again.

They come flat. It's days you can fluff them or but in dryer for 10-15 mins. We fluffed them a little then or in dryer for 3 mins and they were perfect

Brought to replace my flat 15 year old pillows. These pillows were flatter than my old ones. I used two to fill one cover. If your looking for nice full pillows these are not the ones.

These worked great for the memory pillows I made for family. Good quality

These pillows are soft but even after 30 minutes in the dryer with dryer balls they aren’t very fluffy or offer much support. An 18x18” pillow cover was borderline too big. Maybe it will expand more with time.

The media could not be loaded. I was expecting more filling but. With 1 is too flat with 2 makes it perfect! Not sure how a buyer can get the knowledge of thickness/filling just with a description.
