When I bought this there were now reviews, but it was in my price range and the style o wanted, so I took a chance. Glad I did! The installation as expected, neither easier now harder than any other faucet. The only thing I had to fiddle with the pull-down issue mentioned by another reviewer. There's almost too many hoses, so they got all twisted up on the inside and I couldn't pull it down. I had to fiddle with it quite a bit to get them straightened out, but after I did the pull-down function works perfectly normal. Need to play around with the weight a bit to get it set to your liking, but the hoses were the only difficult thing I had to deal with.

I like the appearance and ease of installing, but it’s a little low and the hoses were too short so I had to buy some longer ones to make it work.

We bought this for a laundry sink in our brew room. As the owner of a small brewery, you are always looking for quality, well-priced tools and improvements. This gave us something we have been missing for 8 years. My brew team thanked me and were actually excited to see it. When I unboxed it for install I was very impressed with the look and obvious quality. The sprayer extends to everywhere we need it to go and the pause button is priceless. I couldn't be happier with this faucet. 2 employees have purchased it for theirhome use.

Purchased this faucet for a utility sink. After install - turned water back on and water is pouring from somewhere inside the faucet all over the floor. The water leaking is hot. I am assuming that the leak is coming from the mixing valve. I'm outside the return window so I'm hoping the makers of this faucet will read this review and allow me to return this faulty faucet for a new one. Very disappointed.

This is an awesome buy! I put it in my RV and it works amazingly. Installation was as easy as it gets, also give me more pressure on a low pressure system. I highly recommend this faucet!

This item works well, but the intermittent stopping can be annoying.
