these fasteners are really tight locking and a good size. I used these for my desk organisation and cable management and they worked like a charm! It comes with a cutting tool also, which unlike others, is metal and so much more robust. Highly recommended!

Used to hold my Hotas throttle to computer chair armrest, works great, but, remember to let each half of the gripper 'settle' for a while before putting any stress on it, or the adhesive will come unstuck from the surface it is applied to.

Much better than velcro, more expensive yes but more reliable.

I got these for free and I liked them so much that within a week I bought a larger pack.Really good stuff.They can be cut easily and precisely and even come with a cutter to do so.They lock securely with a surprisingly metallic sounding "click".Unlike with velcro, there is no loop side, it is all hooks. So any piece will stick to any other equally well.They collect less dust then velcro and they do not seem to let go over time.Very good max load to surface area.The back adhesive is very strong too, and very fast setting.I secured all sort of stuff with them, including two speakers.Our house is very small and I am always after ways to save space and to be able to move things around, so to reconfigure spaces a bit dependently on the need of the day. So I have used tons of velcro, and good quality velcro can take lots of weight.But normally it will loose grip over time, unless one uses a lot.I think these dual lock pads are better in that respect, albeit expensive.And at least I do not have to take into account any more the hook and loop thing, given there is only one side. So any patch I apply on a surface will allow me to secure to it any object I applied a patch to, swapping things around without issues.
