Heyy guyss . Have y'all Tried these strawberry flavoured gummies ? I baught sleep and refresh gummies for my mother by Centrum and quite satisfied with its result as my mother was experiencing restless night for some time as her health was not so good and on reccomendation of my friend I baught thease gummies which are nicely individually packed and its strawberry flavour and taste she really liked. This gummies is ok but I realized one thing morning time laziness and brain is too much angry some times sleepy mind ....so many side effects I face....not at all this gummies I didn't recommend...

You can actually buy these ingredients separately and save some money. Works well but value for money is not there

I have the habit of experimenting with different sleep gummies which are available on Amazon.All of them are almost half the price of Centrum sleep gummies. But when I took centrum, I slept for more than ten hours. I have developed headache due to oversleep.When I take other gummies, i usually sleep for a decent eight hours sleep and get up refreshedUnlike most of the other gummies, the recommended dosage of Centrum sleep gummies is two. I think it's tricky. I bought with an assumption that the dosage is only one. This is not based on a false assumption because almost all other sleep gummies suggest only one gummy. It's not possible to get sleep with just a single Centrum gummy.The other major issue with Centrum is that they use thick plastic bottles. They should look at other small companies which sell their sleep gummies in cardboard boxes. Since Centrum split one gummy into two parts (so that we end up taking two gummies) the usage of plastic to wrap their gummies also doubles.I have not used much of their other products. All their products have higher ratings. Is it just quality? I doubt!
