Purchased this to replace an older one that broke and was very satisfied with product. Use several times per week for key fob and works very well. Reproducibility of item is perfect and never fails to lock/unlock as needed.

Replaced my 3 year old Napa quick release which was still working like the 1st day I bought it with this greytikit. It works exactly like my old one to a tee but is all titanium, swivels and comes with 2 titanium key rings. It's super easy to slide to detach and reconnect, works flawlessly. I bought 2 greytikit quick release key chains one for the wife and one for myself. Both came with the quick release and 2 titanium key rings. Very happy with the quality and will be using it everyday.

I am a bit of a titanium EDC aficionado. Most of my pieces are from boutique manufacturers so I was uncertain as to what I should expect from a, presumably, mass manufactured keychain.Fortunately, everything about it appears to be high quality. All of the machining is solid, there are no burrs or rough surfaces, and the action of the quick release is smooth. As a note, the retaining ring and bearings are not titanium and I presume the spring mechanism is not either. I don't have a magnet small enough to test if they are mild or stainless, however.It's relatively easy to disconnect, and depending on your intended use, I'd say there is potential for it to be too easy. I would recommend test running it with a low value item attached before using it for something like a key fob.I did take a star off because I wish it was as easy to reconnect as it is to disconnect. It pretty much requires you to use both hands to reconnect, especially if you're wearing gloves or anything that would reduce your dexterity.
