This is by far the best healthy wise protein shake. I just put a bunch of ice in my ninja smoothie cup, then one packet of this, 3 tablespoons (45 calories) of powdered peanut butter (natures own) and 12-14 oz of bottled water. I do add a little Morton’s low salt to the powdered peanut butter. This makes about a 24 smoothie for just 145 calories, 1-2 grams fat, and 21 grams of protein. My recipe tastes like a reeces peanut butter cup.I’m addicted. I have been drinking this for breakfast for two weeks. No exercise because of a running injury. I’ve lost 7 lbs.

i really enjoy the flavor and consistency of this shake. However I feel it is a bit expensive for the qty of packets you get.

I really like the taste of this pudding! And, it is easy to add in some peanut butter powder or dehydrated coconut or some other 'healthy' mix for some nice variety. Will buy this again and again.
