Works well
As described,works fin. I used it to test a washers and dishwashers eco settings. Turns out the quick wash on both uses less electricity. Eco is only useful if you need a long wash for slightly more electricity cost than a quick wash

No instructions: no good. Nice design
It has no instructions and I can't figure out how to use it. I need to know cost to invoice company for cleaning but just can't figure it out.
