I bought this to help improve my flexibility for yoga. It's helped me to gradually get into deeper stretches and poses. It's easy to use and durable. I also found several workouts for the strap on YouTube. It's a lot more versatile then you'd think.

I needed a comfortable strap for PT recovery from knee surgery and this sure works better than my makeshift device that had a tendency to slip at inconvenient times. This strap stays in place, has much more functional hand grips and is safer and more convenient to use. At a very reasonable price, only regret is I did not order this in advance of needing it. It also looks very nice.

Bought this to use after my knee replacement. The rehab place showed me an exercise using this strap that really helped in my recovery. I didn't like the exercise but loved the improvement.
