Works great on Motorola APX radio!
$15.99 for 20 earpieces is a excellent deal! I usually buy a new earpiece every 6 to 12 months for police work. These work great on Motorola APX radios! Buying 20 means you have plenty of backups!!

Nearly a lifetime supply but they do work great
I actually took these to work and distributed them to co workers to try out. I wish these came with the pass-thru style ear inserts but we were still able to test these out. They work great. The 3.5mm plug goes into your speaker-microphone and this allows the audio to be heard clearly in loud noise environments. In fact, the included ear inserts seal tight thus make the audio very clear to hear. Just note the size of the plug on your speaker-mic; some of our different series Motorola radios had 2.5mm plugs too.
