The package was nice and well-protective. The mattress was vacuum-packed and when expanded after opening.I was looking for a firm mattress as I needed the same...The mattress is as expected, Natural latex is good for not heating up; it is comfortable giving support for all the body areas. Better quality of sleep and comfort compared to another mattress which I bought recently- I recommend this mattress to others looking at firmness, body support and undisturbed sleep.- It is very much worth the price compared to other mattresses.- Removable and washable mattress cover is the game changer, but would have been better if it was not white, but still no complaints
