Amazing Service
The hoop is amazing and good quality. However the ball arrived with a hole in it. I messaged the seller and they sent a new one out straight away. Couldn’t fault their service

The hoop itself is excellent, good quality
The hoop itself is excellent, good quality. However, this was supposed to come with a ball and pump as well. The ball is in the box but the pump wasn't! So left with a flat ball.

Good Seller
Bought as a birthday present, put the hoop up went to blow the ball up didn't stay up(faulty). Only option was to send all of it back which was going to cost quite a lot. Contacted the seller, they sent new ball and pump straight away without any hassle and the new ball is great. Would definitely recommend.

Product faulty
Product (pump) broke instantly inside ball so was unable to pump up ball. Netball Hoop seems we’ll made so far.
