Flowers in Watercolour (Art Handbooks) Paperback – July 1, 2013

I use these types of books to teach a church group. This book does not have sufficient explanation for my students but I really like it for myself. The book arrived on time and in excellent condition.

I got this little book from Amazon and love what the author has done with illustrations with the watercolors. This is so very easy to follow and the colors are magnificent!! I would recommend his book and Wendy Tait to anyone intestered in watercolors.

I was rather disappointed in the size of the book. It is only 48 pages. I wish there would be a little more detail to the book.

Good information on colors and composition.

It is no fault of the supplier because I ordered the wrong book. This author has another book out that is much larger with more content. The title is very similar and I thought that was the book I was ordering. Wendy Tait should differenciate her books better. The service was fine, the item came in good condition, I have no complaints there. Maybe I should have known by the price that even used, it couldn't have been that inexpensive. Thought I was getting a great deal.

I loved the book, beautiful to look at and easy to read. It helped me with doing backgrounds as I have trouble getting them to enhance the flowers.

My choice to purchase this book was influenced by being able to "look inside". This helped me decide if this book was what I was looking for.

Disappointed. It's small size means it is harder to see details. If it were 50% bigger it would be easier to read.

A truly beautifully illustrated book. I loved the pastel shades and intend using it to create my own masterpiece! It's quite a small book A5 size, but this does not detract from what it's intended for. It is a useful instructional book giving many tips for laying down washes and the use of different colour schemes. If you love painting flowers, this book is for you

I bought a couple of these flower painting books and it was quite nice to follow the instructions but nothing really compares with painting the real thing. Nice to have the options for painting summer flowers on a cold wet winter's day !

Very pleased with the book but did not realise it was so small A5. The information included in the book was ideal for a person just starting to paint in watercolour

A very handy little book but would have prefered full size format as quite difficult to keep book open while painting along although having said this I love the content.

love this book great photos and good instructions for a beginner and more experienced, would recommend as an alround guide to painting flowers
