These can be a little bit tricky to put on, especially the little toe, but once they're on, they are fine...

I actually returned these but it’s because I have a large diameter big toe and the strap around it was cutting off circulation. The spacers work and the actual device is comfortable. They just didn’t fit me well.

Great for stretching my feet

These things are super soft and stretchy, but the spacers that are inbetween the toes are a bit too big/wide for me.To the point where it's actually painful rather than relieving. I wear a size 7 in shoes so it's not like I have super small feet or anything.If those spacers were smaller it would be perfect.

Easy to put on, flexible and strong. These toe separators made a difference in how comfortably I can now walk. Easy to clean as well.

I have small feet, size 5. These stretch my toes way too much. The good thing is they are very soft and stretchy. I can easily cut them to fit my feet better and cut off the parts I don’t need.

Spacers we’re way too wide, I could only put the first two in, and the rest couldn’t fit unless I overstretched my toes which hurt a lot. So don’t get it if you have small feet.

Really soft and flexible toe separators. I use them for self-pedicures but can see the benefit of using these to straighten out crooked toes as well. Haven't tried them inside shoes, but I imagine it may be a bit clunky.

I have arthritis and my second toe is starting to move to overlap my big toe on each foot and it causes irritation and pain. I’ve tried a number of items to separate my toes and the single separator in this set has worked better than all the others. Still, for the price this is a good set to try both and see what works better for you.This set comes with two types of silicone toe separators, one set for two toes and one set for all the toes. The instructions recommend starting with 10 minutes a day and working up from there.I found I could wear the single ones all day immediately as you don’t feel it much and it’s surprisingly comfortable. It does get covered in fuzz from my socks but I wash it each night (rinses right off) and it’s ready for use the next mornings. These ones go on very easy and I can wear them in my shoes without causing any discomfort.I had more trouble with the ones that separates all the toes. It takes more time to put on as you need to get it on each toe to position it right and I can’t wear these in shoes. I’m having to work up to wearing these for longer periods as I did find they start to cause pain after about 30 minutes. I’m not sure if I’ll continue these ones as the single toe ones are far more comfortable but they do work well if you need all your toes separated a bit.

Die Zehenspreizer kommen zu viert, man hat also genügend Ersatz und ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sie sind frei von störendenden Kanten und drücken auch nirgendwo. Das Silikon ist extrem flexibel und gut dehnbar, trotzdem sind die Laschen so robust, dass sie nicht direkt ausreißen können.Ich habe Probleme mit dem zweiten und dritten Zeh, die immer aneinander kleben, was nach 8 Stunden in Arbeitsschuhen dazu führt, dass ich schwitze und mich genau zwischen den Zehen aufreibe. Hier hat der Zehentrenner nach ca. 4 Wochen tragen schon gut Abhilfe geleistet. Man sieht bereits deutlich, dass sich die Zehen auseinander gestellt haben und ich habe auch keine wunden Stellen mehr.Die Passform ist sehr gut, man muss zwar etwas fummeln, bekommt die Spreizer aber gut über die Zehen. Man sollte anfangs vielleicht nur 10-30 Minuten tragen, um Schmerzen zu vermeiden. Hat man sich daran gewöhnt, kann man sie auch mehrere Stunden ertragen und sogar damit laufen. Ideal ist natürlich über Nacht, man sollte sich aber langsam vortasten.Insgesamt ein Top Produkt, sehr hilfreich und in guter Qualität. Empfehle ich gerne weiter!
