I love my new backpack

If you plan to have the famous square bag that fits everything, this is not the one. Still a really good backpack, very good quality materials, perfect for going to the office or school. My only cons is it’s a bit heavy for travelers.

I purchased this strictly to be my personal item while traveling. I had 4 flights within 4 days and this made traveling so much easier. The pockets this has are very well designed and gives you so much room to work with. I love the detail of the charging port on the outside to make it very convenient. The shoe compartment is such a great idea! Keep everything else clean and smell free, with the perfect amount of space in the larger pocket. I would recommend this bag to everyone.

My wife and I got one each of these for when we're sightseeing by foot or bike. They're very well suited for that purpose.

I bought this for work & traveling. Everything fit perfect. Lots of good pockets for storage. My favorite is that it comes with an extra small bag for cosmetics. That was a bonus.

We felt this bag was just too cheaply made. It will not last. So we sent it back. If you want well organized luggage and don't care about quality, then it seems good. But it also has no waist belt. So if you load it to capacity, it will probably strain your shoulders. A bag of this carrying capacity should have a waist belt.
