If you are looking for tart cherry concentrate, you just found it. I use this after long endurance workouts because of the amount of potassium in it. I blend it with some protein powder, frozen fruit and almond milk. Really adds a nice punch to the smoothie.

This is tart NOT sweet but the taste is much more complex and enjoyable than sweet cherry juice.

Mixes well with water. Did not have gout attacts while using two previous makes of juice. Had one on this one but that’s probably just a coincidence...

It can mess with your digestive constitution if you take too much! Which can be a negative or a positive depending on the out come you are looking to achieve! Great for gout and just A great product I’m on my third bottle!
