The option for carrying a camera are nearly endless. I looked at several complex and in some cases very expensive options. I've got multiple camera grips for different situations (including a large battery grip) and I was hoping to find a singular solution I could use for all of them. Bought this SmallRig strap on a lark and immediately realized that keeping things simple was best for me. So I bought one for each of my grips. Why bother with switching with expensive and proprietary clips and carabiners when, for less investment, I could have the same exact strap on every grip I have without ever having to switch anything. It's the perfect length, super sturdy, and utterly simple. Loop it around my wrist, tighten up, and I'm ready to go. Stitching on the leather is top-notch and the cordage is super strong. Even with my camera, full flash, battery grip and a large telephoto, I never feared a drop. I also like that I can adjust the wrist-snugger with my carrying hand. I can see how the styling might blend well with a vintage style camera, but nothing about this screams old fashioned. It looks great and works well. Would buy multiple times over (I did!).

Nice item, nice materials and fit when used on the wrist. Looks good too, with the genuine leather accent pieces. I chose to use the cord to attach to my camera body, as the metal ring is a risk to wear finish off of black painted cameras. But the manufacturer of this strap does include a small metal ring and small tab of leather to pad below it (put between the ring and camera body). On my camera, the metal ring still interfered with the camera's ring, so I used the cord instead and am happy with that. Wrist straps like this (I have owned several types), can save your camera from a fall/damage. Cheap insurance. I like how this one is designed, and how it fits my wrist when using the camera, and keep one on all of my camera bodies. Good value at this low price too.

Very nice quality and feels sturdy. Great if you don’t want a full on neck strap. Fits nicely in my small camera case. The color is a bit darker compared to the small rig camera case but looks nice together.

This wrist strap is comfortable, easy to slip my hand through, and is such a refreshing alternative to a neck strap. I've used it hiking, for walking around for some street photography and simply like the way it functions. It's great with my OM-5 camera and just provides peace of mind when out and about shooting. The quality is excellent, and for the price, you get a long bang for your buck. Highly recommend.

I bought a Nikon Z50 and hated the strap that it came with. I do a lot of street photography and this works best for me as I walk and take photos. That camera is so light that it doesn't need a shoulder strap like my other cameras that are much heavier than this. Then I saw that there are options for hand straps and saw this one and had a good feeling about it. At first I was concerned because have big hands and was wondering if it will fit comfortably in my hands. And it does, the strap adjusts well to fit my hands, and it matches the camera perfectly. It attached to the camera safely, I use the string loop as well as the metal circular clip for double protection. I immediately tested it above my bed to make sure that it's on safely, and then I tested it outside to take some shots and it felt perfect. This thing is beautiful, you can smell the leather, and it matches the Z50 perfectly. My only concern if the leather will hold up on my camera dry box, but I'm sure it will. This was more than worth it! With that said, I own many Nikon cameras and I would not recommend this for the older cameras such as the D700 or D300S or the monster D3S, this strap is made for lighter cameras.

Sometimes I just want my camera in hand and not on a neck/shoulder strap. This is just right. It’s well made and comfortable. Seemywell made and should outlast my camera!

Mine is definitely made of leather. Very well made. Using it on a Sony Cybershot which weighs 1.4 lbs, and feels very secure. A couple of caveats. Connecting the little ring on the strap to the camera can be a little tricky. You just need to be patient and figure out the best way for your camera. Also, I have fairly large hands and getting my hand through the strap is a little snug, so you could have an issue if you have very large hands. Otherwise, it's a really great alternative to a neck strap.

Love this strap. Fantastic value, look and feel. Gets compliments. Can bring my camera for walking about and travel. It is the perfect length to hang on my wrist without excess swinging around. Also does not add much extra bulk to jacket pocket carry. Would buy again and recommend to a friend.

Strong and elegant

Good quality stitching of quality leather on a thick soft weave-covered string. The rugged brown leather looks really cool and is really comfortable on the wrist as it is soft and padded by the thick string material. I just love this on my 5D4 and there is a draw leather loop for tightening around the wrist. Pretty secure and there area a few ways to mount it depending on you camera strap fixture. I just used the loop back short string and it works just fine. The loop string is secured deep inside the leather stitching so looks pretty secure. If you take the metal string option it will be more secure if that suits your camera. This is a good buy and will stay on my camera for good!
