I'm am simply very pleased with this jumpstarter. Charging it is very fast. It's very powerful and can jumpstart my 2lt engine efficiently. I've had some issues with the battery and this little device that fits comfortably in the glovebox is ideal. The smart connector guards against wrong polarity and therefore very safe and easy to use. A very sturdy build and having extra usb connections is an added bonus. Safety is guaranteed as you get an extended warranty with the product. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a jumpstarter kit. Very fairly priced piece of equipment. ☺️

5 stars with the caveat that I haven't had to use it yet. As a single female I feel much more comfortable being able to jump start my own car rather than having to ask random strangers for a jump start, so, for me, this charger is invaluable and just gives me peace of mind. It's compact and looks sturdy and well built, comes with everything you need minus plug but a standard phone charger plug is all you need and i prefer this rather than being given yet another plug. Charged up nicely over a few hours. Instructions booklet is compact but clearly gives all the info you need to use and maintain it (recommends re-charging every three to six months). It also provides link for getting three year warranty. I know some reviewers have bemoaned the lack of a storage bag but there are snug rubber hinged lids over both input and output sockets so you can safely chuck it into a bag with other items without fear of damaging it. Great price too. Very happy A+++++

This is a brilliant little product!Arrived promptly, well packaged and compact device. It was almost fully charged but I charged it to max before turning it on (generally the best thing for any battery operated device...charge it to maximum before turning on for the first time).I've held off writing a review until I needed to use it..today the car would not start (I'd left it for 2 weeks since the last drive) and although car battery was showing 11 volts, it drained to 8 once I tried to start.I connect the smart clip (very easy, can only go in the right way) which makes red and green lights flash on the smart clip and hooked it to the battery (only green light stays on once connected to the battery), heard some clicks coming from the device and started the car immediately on the first turn of the starter motor! Still shows a full charge on the device! Very impressed with this jump starter device as it held its charge for a few weeks while stored in the glove box (temperatures dropped to 2° during those weeks) and worked very well at the first use.Highly recommended and very useful device!

Bought a battery jump starter at a similar price 12 months previously, absolutely useless. I was very cautious when buying this as a replacement. Write ups helped which is why I am also providing a write up now. It really does work, jump started a BMW 3.5 litres on 3 occasions over the last 3 month. 1- I have not had reason to recharge it hence the 3 jump starts are on a single fully charged jump starter battery.2 - A great feeling that when you really need it to work, it does. Jump starter battery packs can sit in the boot and not be required / tested for many months so it was great that it hasn't become drained albeit I will charge it now.3 - Very easy to use and as it says it does not spark if the too crocodile clips(Black , Red) touch each other, which can and does happen.4 - Crocodile clips were big enough to easily clip to the battery so no problems with connections.I am so pleased with how and the fact that it works that I would actually recommend it if you are looking a jump start battery pack. There are so many out there that don't work that this stands out. The pack I bought originally was an Amazon Best Buy, didn't work but by the time I had come to use it the warranty had expired and it was no longer listed on Amazon, it has since returned under another guise but don't make the mistake I did and buy a battery pack based on price, it will be a waste of money if it doesn't work and from what I have a large number DONT work.

bought this after a friend used one to jump my car, and it works extremely well for this purpose.product is easy to use, and the jump starts are extremely quick.my car has a dodgy battery and i have been able to start my car multiple times without needing to recharge the power pack

Works well. So easy to store. Much more convenient than the big old lump I've just thrown out.Company communication appears spot on as well.

My car had been stood for a while and the battery wasn't managing to complete a charging cycle. Because the car was faced forward down a long narrow drive even long jump leads weren't an option.I needed to get the car out and onto a trailer so figured this would be a good option and perhaps prove useful in future.Unfortunately, it's proven to be pretty useless despite multiple attempts. I've made sure that it's fully charged and also made sure that nothing in the car is on that could sap the battery pack quickly. It has enough juice to bring the light up on the speedometer and then if I'm lucky the starter motor will turn once before the pack seems more or less dead. That's not enough to start the car. The box still shows 3 of the 4 blue led lights but it hasn't enough power to do much if anything with the car. I needed to get into the boot of the car and when fully charged it didn't even have enough power, without trying to start the car, to power the boot release switch.I tried charging a number of times, I think once it turned the starter motor twice before it died, but that wasn't enough. A garage came to pick up the car and were armed with a a bigger battery pack. That not only started the car on the first attempt, probably took 6 or 7 turns of the motor, but also made the boot release work.This hasn't been much use at all, it's not something I would want to rely on. It may perform a bit better if there is some life in the battery so I may hang onto it for now rather than consign it to the bin. You never know, it may be useful for charging the phone or as a torch if we get stuck.
