One scoop of powder in a 500ml bottle (scoop is included in the tub) to drink throughout the morning keeps me awake at work much better than caffeine pills. The tub recommends two scoops for 500ml but I found the flavour to be quite strong that way, one is enough for me and quite delicious.Doesn't mix too well initially, like most powders - on first mixing you'll either have to really shake it a lot which leads to a LOT of foaming or put up with clumps of powder at the bottom, but I just leave it sitting on my desk for an hour and all the clumps completely dissolve.Half the price of the other energy powders I can find here, and compared to my previous use of caffeine pills and a regular bottle of juice it's working out similar or cheaper than that too. Once I got a strange banana/grape mix where I guess a machine went wrong, no response from customer service but still managed to send advertising every week. Mix usually had a lot of bitter residue at the bottom.Sneak was ok but expensive. Also quite gritty.Fluxx on the other hand, you can tell from the start the powder is much finer. When it is mixed all dissolves, little to no residue at the bottom. Flavour is good, but that's subjective.
