Bought it when it was launched here. I use it daily, and each time this thing surprises me. I am an independent 3D artist and use Blender, After Effects, and Adobe tools. This thing works like a charm. I have tons of macros set up for daily tasks. Volume knobs were a great addition to Stream Deck, and I have been using them for stuff like scrolling timelines in various editing software. For Blender, I have used it to preview the animation and stuff. You can literally use knobs for switching to multiple tabs in Chrome or any browser. I use those for Photoshop tabs as well. I have set one knob to switch between multiple desktops. I have Stream XL & Elgato Wave 3 mic also, which I bought this year only. So the whole ecosystem fits well. The only thing I'd love for Elgato to improve is the software. Sometimes updates can make things not work as they are intended to, but that's like once in a blue moon. They also launched Stream Deck XL +, and I'd switch to that once it's available here in India. If you are a creator or someone who does a lot of repetitive tasks, or a tech enthusiast. It's an absolutely great value.

Purchased this from US since it wasn't available in India. It's quite bigger than expected and has no adjustments to tilt, the buttons are also a little flimsy compared to other models but the biggest flaw is the software that limits what u can put on the dials and touchbar. Since it has fewer buttons than regular stream deck, would not recommend unless u have a use case in mind. Now to the positives 1. Build quality is really good 2. Dials are very satisfying to use, they turn on either direction infinitely and can also be pressed like buttons for more functionality. Dial stacks are also a pretty cool function. 3. Touchbar is quite handy to navigate pages, which helps to save on the limited buttons. Also u can have clock there so another button saved 4. The buttons while limited, work well with the dials and touchbar to make it comfortable to use. 5. Comes with wavelink software, which is great at controlling individual audio signals, both input and output. Works better on windows than mac. Good for Podcasters. 6. Excellent for use cases like video editing, photo editing, podcasting etc.

I ordered it twice and both time I never received a sealed box. There was no cable included.

Now, I can easily tweak my mic volume or switch scenes in OBS without hassle. • Customization: Being able to personalize each button with icons and even GIFs is awesome! My Stream Deck now looks just the way I want it. What Could Be Better: • Software: Occasionally, the Elgato software can be glitchy. Some plugins have crashed or didn’t work correctly, and the plugin installation site can be slow. But overall, it’s manageable. • Price: For a newbie streamer, the cost might seem steep. However, considering its functionality and build quality, I think it’s a worthwhile investment. Conclusion: The Elgato Stream Deck Plus has become an indispensable tool in my streaming setup. Despite a few minor issues, I’m thrilled with the purchase. If you’re starting out in streaming and want to enhance your broadcasts, I highly recommend checking out this device. Hope my review helps!
