I must say, taking this make me feel much better overall. After maternity leave and going back to work, I feel drained and brain fogged. Adjustment was hard on the body and mind but this gave me the energy I needed, seemlessly. It's not like coffee where there is a high and low energy point through out the day. I actually had balanced energy for the whole day, including playing with my son after work. The brain fog is also gone too. I started noticing the difference only after a week of taking it. Hopefully it will continue to perform.

First of all I’m a woman, not using this pill for libido or ed. I bought this mainly because I’m a student that sits for long hours and end up with poor blood flow. Usually my feet become super cold and I become vasoconstricted, to counteract that I would sit in an electrical sauna blanket that would help me somewhat. Since taking these pills I’m now running hot, I’m slightly sweaty but that’s precisely what I wanted. Though I still take nicotine gum, I’m not feeling as vasoconstriced as usual. I have more energy and have reduced my Red Bull intake from 2 to 1 a day and don’t need a coffee midway anymore as a pick me up. I do find myself reaching for sugar more unfortunately and I feel slightly dizzy when I stand up but it’s nothing outrageous. I’m calm and more mentally focused and have clear energy throughout the day. It’s been 3 days and trust me when I tell you it does have an effect, it may be subtle but it’s there. I only want to take one pill a day to not over do it or affect my sleep. I no longer have to feel like I need a mid day nap. I recognize that this pill is meant to be cycled and will stop taking it in about 3 weeks. The energy though is not physical, it doesn’t make me want to work out but it does keep my mind awake without the jitters or tachycardia that caffeine induces. I feel calmer and more focused as well. Good for people with blood flow issues and students. One is enough, just remember to cycle.
