I would have expected more than what was in the box for the price, it works out more expensive than going out for an afternoon tea

The packing was good but the items had excessive sugar. They were too sweet for the taste

This really gave my sick friend a boost and the contents were thoroughly enjoyed by her and her family

I ordered this for Mother’s Day and an empty box arrived. No idea how it happened and I know that won’t happen to 99% of people but the customer service was fantastic in response. No messing about they sorted it out quickly and were so friendly and helpful and the item then arrived a day later. My mother is delighted with the quality of the products and the presentation was great! Would recommend the product and the company who were a pleasure to deal with!

Asked for refund immediately after placing order. Was totally ignored. Product delivered anyway. Highly over priced. Can get much better value and better product by other vendors. Would def not recommend

The recipients were thrilled with the hamper and the contents but the delivery failed on the 8th, no reason given but then turned up on the 9th so although the product is first rate the delivery is not reliable.
