Mrs. WagesRanch Dressing and Dip Mix, 0.8 Oz, Pack of 12

Excellent veggie dip/salad dressing mix. I used to be an 'Uncle Dan's' ranch dip addict but it's hard to come by and this is a close dupe.I like adding mayo, milk kefir and active cultured sour cream by Tillamook to mine instead of buttermilk for probiotic benefits.I've tried so many times to make my own homemade Ranch dip mix and I'm ashamed to admit, I still haven't gotten down the perfect dip mix on my own (so frustrating). If I one day finally come up with one that's worthy of posting, I'll share the recipe (lol).

Bought this on Amazon after a very successful recipe using HV Ranch mix. It was a hit with the family, and with the primary ingredients being potatoes and green beans, I wanted to make it again. The HV Ranch mix however has MSG which I don't want to make a habit of, so I bought this, which doesn't. I can't tell the difference in this recipe. After making it 3 more times, everyone still loves it.

Product is as described, and is technically "all natural", but be advised that this product is not GMO-free. In fact, the label states "Produced with genetic engineering". May not matter to some, but I wanted to include it for those who are interested, as maltodextrin is one of the listed ingredients. Tastes fine, but I wouldn't have ordered so many had I known.

I love that it has no MSG or preservatives that give me headaches. Finally I can enjoy Ranch dressing and seasoning again!

Who doesn't like ranch?This tastes different than the Hidden Valley Ranch you may be used to, but it's good. I usually don't mix it with milk and sour cream. It's usually just sour cream. I don't often keep milk. It still works fine. I may dilute the sour cream a little with some water if I want something more like salad dressing instead of a dip.
