Better ways to get liver in your diet but an easy way when you’re on the go

Curiosity rewarded
I'm not sure what originally prompted me to buy this. I did eat my share of liverwurst sandwiches as a child, so I'm not put off by liver, but it isn't necessarily something I go out of my way for. So I was presently surprised at the flavor. It's really more beef than liver by taste, and might even make some converts among people who think anything as good for you as liver must taste bad. I'm on my 3rd or 4th bag already.
