Expensive but worth it
An expensive item but well worth it. Sharpens all knives from the worst to the best edge.

Great tool to have around
I was not convinced it worth the money but after getting it i was amazed how good it is at keeping the knifes sharp. Great quality and make sure you get the longer one.

Does what it says!
With a full set of Global knives, a steel is a must. This one for me was the best fit, as due to the legnth of some of my blades, the longer steel was the best option. Well made and balanced as you would expect from Global, does the job well and looks the part. Must buy!

Sharpens knives!

Buy even if you do not own a global knife...
This diamond sharpening steel will keep your knives sharp for a long time as long as you hone the blade after use, i have a full block of global knives but i also use this steel on my other knives and it does a fantastic job keeping them sharper for longer.

Expensive but good
Had a set of 8 Global knives and bought this to keep them sharp. Steel is long enough to sharpen even 8 inch carving knives from tip to bottom in one action. Oval shape gives larger area for contact with knife edge. A good product if you have the knives to warrant it.
