Yummy! These are more like candy, so beware. I love how you can either chew them or suck on them. They last a while if you choose the latter. I instantly feel hydrated after one, but I usually have two since they’re so good!! Does the job on a trail run, bike ride, or just in a hot day when I’m feeling extra thirsty. Amazing product!

Love these fast chews by Saltstick. I have used SaltStick brand for over a decade when they were only large horse pills to swallow during ultra runs to balance electrolytes. Now they come in cool tasty flavors that you can chew, the game has been upped. Some flavors I love, others not my favorite but everyone’s taste buds are different. My favorite is probably the orange. Studies have shown that chewing the tab allows quick absorption to conquer your electrolyte needs quicker.

I love these. They fit in a pocket, taste great (Lemon Lime & Orange are my fav), & help keep me going on long runs.

What I Like: I've tried two flavors now and they are palatable and convenient. I appreciate the variety pack, which allows me to try them out without committing to a huge shipment of something I might not like. They seem to work well enough when I have spent time outside in the Florida heat and humidity.What I'd Change: The colors are unnecessary. While an argument could be made for flavorings to make on-the-go hydration more palatable, it can exacerbate autoimmune issues in people like me. I'd prefer to leave the colors out.

These have been life changing for me. My running coach recommended them to me so I tried them. I feel like I recover faster with less dizziness on these super hot days that I insist on going out and working in.

Tastes great. Easy to take while on long runs. Chewable but sometimes letting it melt in my mouth is nice too ;-)
