Does this have the directional magnet at the bottom, or is it just the ring?

Yes it does but the directional magnet is not exactly in spec with magsafe I think. It is directly connected to the bottom of the ring and goes down about half an inch. It still works with all magsafe accessories and the directional magnet on the bottom still catches onto magsafe things. But on most other magsafe things I have used they have a small gap between the bottom of the ring and the directional magnet and this case does not have that.

Do the magnets in the case effect usage of the S-Pen?

No it does not ... great cool sturdy case one of my fav safe buy

No, this model is for Samsung S32 Ultra.

The wallet can be put on magnetic mount with cards in it? Will magnet affect the credit cards magnetic strip?

Both wallet and magnetic mount are using the same magnetic (circle) location on the case, so you will have to choose. It's easy enough to remove the wallet to you can put the phone on the mount. I put a thin metal plate between the case and my phone so I can keep the wallet while mounting the phone on the car while flipping the wallet upside down. The magnetic did not affect my credit card strips.
