My other one fell off my head and into the salt water. My bad, I was leaning over trying to grab a crab trap line. This is the replacement one. I was able to retrieve it with a net, but the salt water dunk was too much for it. I was able to salvage the battery though and will keep it for extra parts.

We purchased a set of these for use on our boat. They have come in particularly handy while docking. A really helpful tool to make sure everyone involved on the boat knows what's going on. We decided to add a third headset so our kids could help out with docking, too. We all have either larger hat sizes or thick hair, and the headsets fit very comfortably. But if you have a small hat size, you might want to wear a baseball cap or knit cap while using this to keep it from sliding.

I have been using Eartech gear for a long time. These particular headsets really work well for the money. I have used these in tough environments for three years now and they have worked flawlessly. Only odd thing to know is that the remote turns itself on when you put in the battery which is odd and can be problematic for battery life.

We use these on our boat so we can hear each other - I have 5 all Connected together so crew and guests can hear - excellent product and service
