Most reviews say order a size down because they run big and they do. But if you have wide fat feet like me just order your normal size especially if you plan to wear them with socks. I hate crocks because they are to soft and feel unstable and the bumps inside of them are ok for short term use but get on my nerves if I have to have them on for more than 3 hours. These shoes are firmer than crocks and dont have the bumos inside so they are hands down better and 10x more comfortable than crocks in my book!

I needed a shoe that provided some cushioning while being as light as possible, and also more secure on the foot than crocs. These satisfy what I was looking for, but there are a couple of things that keep them from being 5-star: The upturned toe is a little too exaggerated and feels really odd at first. This contributes to a breaking-in period that seems longer than it should be. The worst problem is the strap in the back. During activity, it would flip up and over the back lip and get stuck there. In other words, the strap makes them unsuitable for many activities. One day in frustration I just ripped them off, which solved the problem, but also resulted in a looser fit than I expected. In hindsight, I should've tried to glue them down first. But then again, this isn't a problem I should've had to deal with. The strap should just stay down.

First off, I accidentally fell head over hills for these shoes. I 100% recommend these to anyone, but let me tell you about what is wrong with them yet why I still give a 5 Star rating to them.The size you wear needs to be sized down. If you wear a 9 or a 8.5 in men; then, you need to pick a size 8. People with half sizes suffer the most because going a size down is only a half size. 8.5 men’s goes down to 8 but it is still a little loose. The women’s have the men’s half sizes, but in completely different colors. Bottom line, size down, and sizing is difficult in general.Next is misshapen straps on the shoes issues. In my photo showing the straps on the hill, one is lower than the other exposing the shoes sizing printed. The strap should always lay at a diagonal angle and cover the size printed on the hill for the max comfort. I have tried 4 different colors and noticed my Paloma colored pair were softer and also less precise in fitting. This is probably due to the difference in the properties of the material color differences. Paloma color has the biggest problem here that I have noticed. And your results will vary color to color; but, will be mostly good if not the Paloma color choice.Lastly, I am about 250lbs. The bottom sole pattern will take larger wears due to your weight. My girlfriend has a pair that she wears just as much as me but there is a noticeably difference in wear because she is lighter.Besides what I mentioned, they are amazing. Slip resistant, cushioned and arch support, secure on the foot, stylishly different, etc. I absolutely 100% recommend these shoes to anyone because they can be used as a shoe that you just wear in your backyard, go on a hike, water shoes, or even wear every day. The women hole sizes are the men’s half sizes, but the colors are selective to sex and that’s a hard choice issue when picking what you want. But don’t forget to size down always; trust me.10/10 would recommend and buy again. Hope this helped you.

I find the prices of all these types of shoes ro be way overpriced. Crocs Merrell and now Yeezy has entered the chat at a silly price. Merrell on sale is a great buy. Still working on the heel break in after a couple of time on my feet. The sport mode strap is not easy to engage and is upside down in corfort mode. I will be interested to see how they wear. Again on sale good deal not worth 50 to me.

Very comfortable, great for letting feet breathe after getting off the field, mountain, sport or anything that is hard on the feet

I LOVE THEM!!! i read the reviews an it says that they run one size larger than expected. I wear size 11, bought size 10, and they are perfect!!! a love how they feel, the grip, the looks. Amazing product!!!!

These are very comfortable and easy to clean. They are much more comfortable than Crocks - which I tried first.They slide on your feet reasonably well - but they are rubber and will grab your socks a bit if you need to wear socks with them. I found pushing my foot to the front and then back to the heel a few times sorts that out.These are not accurate in size to other Merrel Shoes. I wear a size 9 - I had to step down to a size 8 which fits just like a 9 in the Moab shoe.I wear mine around the house to keep my feet and back from hurting when walking on tile and wood floors all day. It really helps with the fatigue.

These replaced my Teva sandals for pottering around. They are very comfy to wear despite their bizarre looks.

This is mainly a sizing review. The actual product seems good, but cannot comment on its performance since they will need to be returned due to sizing. My husband typically wears size 9-9.5US and after reading some of the reviews suggesting to get 1-2 full sizes down, bought a size 8. This ended up being a touch too small as his toes touch the ends of the shoes. To be fair, this would be big for a size 8, but going down 1-1.5 sizes seems too small. From his experience, these shoes seem true to size or just a bit big. He would suggest to go with your regular size, or to size down 0.5 if you're in between sizes. It did feel quite good except for the sizing, so he'll be getting another pair in a size 9.

I purchased my first pair of these at Shoe Factory being introduced to them by the salesman there to use as house slippers because I was looking for something that did not make my feet stink. These are excellent and I have not had an odor problem at all because they breathe so well.I was first surprised by the fact that they were one of only a few pairs of shoes or slippers in my life that fit my foot as they should, size 9. Because of my feet being very wide I always have to go for oversized footwear but these fit like a glove. One was a little stiff at first but that issue is now gone. The arch support is good and there is plenty of room at the heel.I liked my first pair so much I wanted a second to use as sandals. I checked here on Amazon and they were were available for $12 less! Thank-you for that great price. When they wear out, at these prices one can afford to replace them with very little hit in the wallet. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend these shoes.*** update Nov.14/2022 *** I prematurely gave these 5 stars without considering the fact that they are made of synthetic material. I am reducing to 2 stars. My feet stink terribly in anything made of other than natural materials like leather, cotton or wool. I should have trusted my instincts. The clerk above at Factory Shoe suggested because they breathe that I would be ok. Nothing could be further from the truth. After about 2 -3 days of wearing these as slippers the stink becomes unbearable, and they breathe. In addition, the one pair I bought here on Amazon are very stiff causing me blisters on one part of my foot if wearing without socks. Overall, I would not recommend these for slippers or anything other than walking with socks on for short distances. I since bought a pair of high-quality woolen slippers which I have been wearing for almost a month and no stink at all plus great comfort and warmth.

Purchased these shoes to be used while boating/fishing. After a little over two months of use, the heels have worn out and forward sole of the shoe is wearing quite quickly as well. These are not being worn as every day sandals: only during weekend fishing trips. Will be contacting Merrell to inquire about the issue.Update: corresponded with Merrell regarding my issue. They have acknowledged the early wear/tear on my sandals and have taken care of the issue. Fantastic customer support!!! Having purchased previous Merrell footwear, this was the first issue I have had with their product, and after this experience, I will continue to choose their product both for customer support and quality product.
