Very easy to clean
I’m really pleased with this. It fits the standard size LotusGrill and makes cleaning up after a BBQ so much easier. It also slows cooking of items that might fall through or stick to the usual wire grill. It’s expensive, but then so is the LotusGrill…

Best addition to Lotusgrill you can get
Place this on the grill, and wait 5 mins for plate to heat up - and you have the sizzle of the perfect BBQ. It keeps all the fat inside the plate, so nothing else gets dirty, and as the surface is non-stick, very easy to clean.The grill that comes with Lotusgrill is hard to clean, like any grill. Using the Teppanyaki plate instead, saves a lot on cleaning time and effort.It makes the perfect steak, make sure you get the temperature nice and high, then cook time is very quick
