I think this mixed with daily exercise and clean eating is a good combination...Great on price so worth a try!
My friend and I saw this product and thought to give it a go together. to test the results. We both started off daily and steadily and I found the product gave me a little extra energy in the afternoons between lunch and dinner. I also exercise daily so this also helped my energy.My friend did not stick the course of it and I purchased her pack in the end. I will continue to take theses on busy days when I need a little more energy and a supplement. I think this mixed with daily exercise and clean eating is a good combination. If you just want to take the pills with no exercise or clean eating; I would say you are not going to see a difference. Great on price so worth a try!

Excellent product that really does work
Excellent product that really does work. Normally i have to eat nothing to lose even a couple of pounds but with these you can eat sensibly and still have treats and get an effect. I took these for 1 month and honestly lost 10lbs.

I was very disappointed with this product. It made big claims and then failed to live up to them. I would not recommend this product.
