I was a bit confused as to if I had ordered the right camera as my last one only had a power input / memory card slot and WiFi connection, I was going to send this back as it also had a lan connection wire as well as prevouse camera points I've mentioned ,and even with oute contacting the seller ,they contacted me to see if they could help me and pointed out that I didn't have to use the Lan wire and use on WiFi alone , this was very helpful to me reaching out to me ,which resulted in me keeping the camera , and it's much better than my last ,

Looks like a nice compact camera and the app shows a nice image. The camera was purchased to use with Alexa and an Echo Show. Its described as works with Alexa, but it doesn't. You can enable the appropriate skill in Alexa, but after which Alexa cannot locate to add the camera. Tried on a totally 2.4ghz wifi, and tried with two different Aleca profies. This camera just will not work with Alexa, so returned for refund.

I will start by saying this cam does everything the average owner would need. It can be operated both via computer software or using the android or IOS app. You can get this setup in less than 10 minutes. The hardest part is simply finding somewhere to screw it too. As this is a wired one, that will be something you need to consider. Although you have to facilitate wiring, it is a much more reliable solution to at-home security, compared to battery or solar panel options.So far the App has worked as expected and quite smoothly too. The colour and quality seem to be working very nicely. It's a nice-looking unit and the sound and picture when talking to people over the camera, are more than good enough for domestic use. There is a bit of a delay with the person you are talking to, but it could also be the internet that's slowing it down and not the unit itself as when I'm connected directly to the unit, it's very quick. I would suggest a connection to the unit itself via the LAN port as this is more stable than wifi. Using the lan makes for a much more enjoyable experience. Playback is smooth and voice feedback is almost instant.There are lots of great features, including alerts to phones, control and access over mobile phone networks, FTP uploading, and push alerts. The app is decent enough to control many features and control the tilt and pan of the camera. You get a nice field of view with the lens and motorised rotation. You can easily manage a large space without the need of having multiple cameras.The app allows you to share multiple accounts and share the surveillance camera with your family and friends. I have this setup on my mum’s phone too so when I’m away she is able to keep an eye on the property. All in all, for a stable and solid camera that delivers plenty of features and great image quality, the price is not bad.Hope this review helps someone.

It has a very bad quality it is no where 1080p quality it's more of 360p and if you watch any recording on a big screen it is even worse then expected, the face of the person it's very hard to distinguish...

Stopped working after one week

3MP Security Outdoor Camera, NGTeco Pan Tilt 2K SurveillanceThis is a security camera that will be at home placed anywhere in your garden, inside the house, or perhaps in your front porch to keep an eye on and communicate with visitors. The camera is supplied with a wall fixing kit, waterproofing kit for cables, along with a power supply unit that will plug into a wall socket.The quality of the camera appears good, it is made from white plastic which appears to be durable. This is rated IP65, it's capable of withstanding low pressure water hitting it like rain and splashes, but it will not withstand water pouring over it, or being submerged.This does need to be connected to a power supply, it will work from Wi-Fi but there is the option to connect a network cable to it. A waterproof cable kit is supplied in the box which should protect any cables going into the camera.Once installed the camera can be controlled via the app, there is a link to the app in the manual. If installed in a porch you can communicate with any visitors via the built in 2 way audio interface, even if you are away from home at the time. Any recordings are stored on an SD card that can be inserted into the camera, no SD card is included so you will need to purchase one of you wish to store the videos. Cloud storage in available but you do have to pay a subscription for the service.Overall this is a well made camera which performs as well at nighttime as it does during daylight hours. The daylight setting can provide a 3mp FHD image along with sound, at nighttime you have the option of full colour night vision or infrared vision. The camera is motorised so you can pan an area to keep an eye on things.
