Clinell CAHW100-1 Antimicrobial Hand Wipes Ideal for Travel - 8 Pack of 100 Sachets - Dermatologically Tested, Kills 99.99% of Germs

Firstly I love these wipes, I have been using them since early 2020 and literally don’t leave the house without them! However as another reviewer (Maggie) pointed out when ordering the 8 boxes they may be fakes! To my dismay once I opened the boxes noticed they were bigger, square not the nice compact rectangular shape. The wipe packets were baggy and thinner and when opened the smell was different, I was gutted! So I contacted the manufacturers who were brilliant I sent over all the info and photos and they came back to me with the following info. These wipes were UK manufactured rather than Made in China, the packaging and smell was different but they assured they were just as effective. They even contacted the factory to check the batch codes. Great customer service, I have now got used to them, although I did ask them to feedback that the China ones were better. If in doubt just contact the manufacturer they were very helpful.

I used alcohol wipes and gel for a while but my god do they dry out your hands and leave them itchy. This is more expensive but the individual wipes are great and they are lovely and moist. You feel as though you have cleaned your hands without destroying them. I have been using these throughout covid and am very pleased with them.

These new ones which are supposedly made in the UK according to a previous review, are smaller in size than the old ones. The individual packets are also more difficult to open. When you finally manage to get it open, the wipe inside is sooo small and not really fit for purpose.As a heavy user of these wipes, I implore you:-Can you switch back to the previous manufacturer, Pretty please?

Unlike the slightly more expensive individually wrapped versions of Clinelle wipes, the edge of these wipes are not as tightly sealed. They broke in every single trousers I wore, ending up with a patch of disinfectant in each of them...

Items expire in 10 months. I was hoping they would last longer than that. The other Clinell products I bought expire in 2023.

I brought 8 box 📦 just left in the room because my old one still not finished. But when I opened it today , the package changed. No with their normal lovely smell..... the packages and the smell make me feel it is a fake .... can't return because over the date ... so sad

We love these we have used them since the start of the pandemic and that seems to be forever but then I came across this good value large pack of them will keep on buying these as long as I can love them.
