Foxes will scoot
If you follow the instructions, it will deter foxes from hanging about as they'll think there is already another animal lurking and they'll want to avoid confrontation. It does seem to work, but not straight away, it may take a few days before they give up hanging around, and they may still transit through the area you've treated. It also doesn't work indefinitely, and it's quite expensive, so if after a few treatments you're not getting results, you'll probably need to try something else.

Not as effective as expected
The product wasn’t totally fit for purpose -I improved its use by also spraying the area with white vinegar/Jeyes fluid

Don't recommend
Doesn't work. I still notice foxes making a mess in my garden.

Not a complete answer but seems to work better than most.
Living fairly close to a municipal dump we are overwhelmed with foxes of all sizes and states of health. The attraction of my lawn seems irresistible as a fox toilet, which is not pleasant especially when grandkids want to play outside. The answer is Scoot, diluted in warm water and splashed generously around the main fox entry points it discourages all but the most determined fox from passing.Overuse reduces its effectiveness, so I have found two applications about 6 to 9 weeks apart in the warm weather seems to give the best results without upsetting my cat too much.

Scoot by itself does not deter the foxes
We had foxes in our garden every night, multiple times through out the night that we could see from our security cameras.Used 2 sachets of Scoot as per instructions but there was absolutely no change, it did not affect them in the slightest. We finally decided to use a fold-up table and some old wood to block off the sides at the back of the garden, where they were entering from (jumping off the back wall shared with adjacent neighbours), we saw one fox that night who tried to jump up our fence to escape. After that, so delighted to say there have been no more fox visits! We will be finding a more permanent solution to block off the sides via a small gate/ fence as the current solution is just some wood leaning against the fences. It has been over 1 month with no visits - definitely give it a try.We know when the foxes are close as our neighbour has installed utlrasonic that produces a scream, but we haven't seen them in our garden. Our dogs actually stopped going on to the grass which made me wonder if it was to do with Scoot even though it says it is dog friendly. Won't be purchasing again.

Good product
This has really helped to keep the foxes away from my garden. Would recommend.

Does what it says, but for how long?
Our previously thriving low hedge started to look very sick, with some plants almost dead. The most likely cause is foxes - my guess is that the plants don't like fox urine. As far as I can tell there has been no worsening of the problem since using this product, however the box only has two sachets and it isn't going to hold the foxes back forever. Therefore I am going to try a more permanent solution, such as the prickle strip Defenders STV628 Prickle Strip Dig Stopper (Weather-Resistant Strips, Deters Cats, Dogs and Wildlife from Digging, Protects Planted Garden Areas), 28 cm x 2 m. I cannot report on this yet until I've tried it. What I am not keen on is the gadgets that emit high-frequency sounds to deter wildlife, since a neighbour had one and we could hear it like a faint tinnitus from two gardens away. Those things are probably only inaudible to people who have high-frequency hearing loss due to attending too many discos and standing near the speakers. Certainly as a child I could hear the lower frequencies of bats and there is no need to inflict whiny noises on people who have normal hearing. But I digress. Scoot appears to do what it says, but it's not cheap if you have to keep on using it.

Waste of money
I have used both sachets of this product and it has not deterred the foxes at all. So in my opinion a total waste of money.
