An absolutely beautiful pizza peel
An absolutely beautiful pizza peel. Well made with a nice long handle. I highly recommend ordering a bottle of food grade mineral oil when you buy this. It will soak up a LOT when you first treat it.

Good Quality, but not plug and play, requires some work before use.
This board is good quality but definitely requires a lot of mineral oil to season it and some light sanding prior to use. The hole in the handle was very rough and needed a lot of sanding. None of this is difficult, it's just that it is not ready to go right out of the box. Once it is seasoned and sanded, it is a 5 star pizza peel.
