Works perfectly and has a simple installation process
My experience with this replacement filter is nothing but positive. Some people complain that it is leaking, but I have several suggestions on why they might be having this problem. First, when I unpacked the filter and I took the plastic cap off, I luckily noticed a tiny clear plastic ball or pellet type thing all inside of the little hole on the top of the filter above the O-ring. Since I did not know what it was I simply turned the filter upside down and shook it until that little pellet thing fell back out. I had a feeling that if I did not remove that thing it would cause leaking by clogging somehow. Secondly, The water needed to be completely turned off that goes into the refrigerator during the replacement of the filters because if you leave the water on during this process, water will leak out and flow as soon as you start twisting and installing the new filter which might have caused it to continue to have a small leak.I also ran the water into a large pot for five minutes straight to get all of the air bubbles out and the pressure stabilized before resetting the filter replacement light. Mine works great and taste better than the Samsung brand. I hope my experience would be able to help anybody that is experiencing leaking
