Is it wireless or does it have to be wired and connected during uses?

It does have a wire it can be plugend into a USB or directly into a wall socket (you must supply the adapter to plug into the wall). It has 3 heat settings and a timer. This is a great mask, so much better than the ones you heat up in the microwave.

How does this mask relieve eye pressure?

How do you clean the mask?

I use a tissue between the mask and my eyes.to keep the fabric clean, I also use lubricating drops as the heat makes my eyes dry during treatment. But in general, my eyes are producing more tears after only a few uses. Timely delivery. Good price point.

Do you have to wet the mask before use??

you can VERY lightly put a mist of water over the cotton that goes against the eyes (max 3 pumps from a VERY fine mist spray bottle) to add moisture to your heat treatment - other than that it is used dry
