The ice maker is amazing but it’s so loud other than that it’s perfect and very helpful

UPDATE: Having read my earlier review below, customer services contacted me and asked for a short video off the machine making the terrible noise. I obliged and straight away they reviewed it and gave me a brand new machine as replacement. The replacement is excellent, absolutely no noise and. Makes perfect ice time after time. I cannot recommend the ice machine and Northclan customer service team enough, really good and I am very happy with my purchase.Has a few marks on plastic and scuff on stainless steel and the cable is loosely tied not like you usually get when something is brand new straight out the box. Makes very disturbing noises like crickets and angry bees. Terrible, hope it stops or will have to send back
