Was thinking of getting an air fryer, You tube video showed that food on raised grill rack would work the same.And it does. IMHO.The fine mesh on a grill rack means that small food, like chips, won't fall through.Very non stick - has to be level.Easy to clean.I bought some Indian pastry products that are supposed to only be deep fried - this allows for oven cooking - will try some chocolate samosas later.

Only thing is any excess cheese falls over the edge and gets fused onto the oven bottom! Solved by putting a silicone liner on the bottom of the oven. I generally only cook non-wheat based bases e.g. Chickpea flour style. Still works other than cheese spillages!

Excellent item. Need to buy more. No more pizza stuck to trays or soggy bottoms. Wipe clean and put away till next time. Would recommend.

Very happy with this product. Use it for oven chips as well as pizza, and some other foodstuffs too. Easily washes clean and retains its shape.

The pizzas don't stick. Work fine on a pizza stone on a gas BBQ.

Cut mine to fit in a halogen oven to turn it into air fryer and put one on gas barbeque to stop bits falling through spot on

NOT A TWIN pack, but it's a great product. Makes home pizza making so much better.
