Before I started taking this I was having low to no energy and relying on energy drinks. With just taking this daily I don't have to rely on them anymore, my energy has increased and I'm more energetic. I'm not having issues with crashing. So that's a major plus for me.

I so wanted to like this product but it didn't like me. I began taking 1 capsule per day. By day 3, I began experiencing side effects that I couldn't ignore. They included but were not limited to: an irregular heartbeat, insomnia, headaches, and an overall bad mood. The irregular heartbeat really scared me and I stopped taking the supplement immediately and began researching pregnenolone....it is not for me. Amazon was most helpful with my product return.
