Can I run a double outdoor socket, deckights possibly an outdoor electric heater from this as long as I stay between the max voltage per outlet?

The answer to this will be amps rather than voltage. How many amps will the heater in particular consume? Maybe I'm wrong but I can't believe an outdoor heater would be less than 3Kw which would draw 13 amps (4.5 amps per 1Kw) which is the limit on a uk domestic ring main. Adding to this load with other devices risks, at best circuit trip on an RCD protected circuit, at worst fire in an unprotected circuit. Please consult a certificated electrician before embarking on your scheme.

Just bought a Blagdon 5 in 1 3000 and noted the two cables for connecting, one 3 core the other 2. Is it in order to connect the 2 core to the box?

Yes as long as you connect a mains earth.

Hi will 0.75 cable be ok from mains via rcd as 1.5 cable diameter will not fit into gland screw

I used 1.5 butyl round cable or you could get away with 1.0 round cable. 0.75 is a bit on the small side I would say. Try 1.0 👍🏿

Why does my box only work when I continue to Press the buttons it’s a new product and Has a fault

With both my Powers are Switchbox, the buttons require a firm press a then you can feel a slight 'click' and then the switch locks ON until you press it firmly again to switch it off. I assume it was designed that way to prevent accidental operation. I have had mine several years and they've worked perfectly but they do require as I stated a definite form push on the button to operate it.
