Had problem with one of the control pads. Amazon put me in touch with Fadist. Got the canned answer, "send photos" as a delay tactic... Answered them "impossible to photogragh an electronic issue" ...Never received a response... because, they don't care. Amazon came thru after elevating my complaint to management of Amazon customer service. Was able to get full refund when returned. Cudo's to Amazon! Too bad they can't exhibit more control over their vendor customer service. Other complaint, lots of duplicate games, and no way to find a specific game without scrolling hundreds of screens, as the "search" function is not functional. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FADIST PRODUCT AGAIN. I have influenced a few friends not to also. All I ever asked of them, "replace the defective control pad" seems simple to keep a happy customer! Oh, additionally... Fadist prints on they sales page for this product: "Three Year Warranty"... so they also are untruthful in that regard! Lesson learned.

Missing controller doesn't close games

the graphics aren’t bad and there is a ton of options of games for everyone! would definitely recommend

It is pretty cool to play games from when you were a kid and have a wide variety to choose from. Pretty easy to hookup and use. Only complaint I have is the controllers but it was expected for the price that they weren’t going to be anything special. Overall nice unit that let my kids explore the games of my time.

We've been having too much fun with this little box!It's got 10k+ games (despite the description that says 30k+), from NES, Super Nintendo, N64, PS1, PSP, Gameboy, Gameboy Advanced, Gameboy Color, Sega Genesis, Atari, and a whole bunch of other systems you've never heard of.It's worth noting, that may find multiple copies of the same game, that were released in different countries/languages.It does have a search function, to help look through the games. However, the search function is faulty, and won't always return accurate results. But thankfully, the game menus are organized by grouping games in lists according to the system they were released on. So, the best way to look for a specific game is to go to the list for the system that it was released on, and look for the game title there.Some games do take some time to boot - especially if it's a larger game. I timed an average of 25 seconds to boot up Donkey Kong 64.Some games do seem to have some issues with the sound "skipping," but so far, we haven't had any issues with the actual game play.We've also not had any issues with game saves.The controllers are wireless, but take batteries, and aren't rechargeable. However, rechargeable batteries work great.The box can be connected to your TV via HDMI. The box itself does put out some heat; I'd recommend making sure it's got plenty of space for good ventilation.There does not seem to be any way to download or add additional ROMs/games to it, but it has so many, this hasn't bothered us. It already has all our old favorites!I can't give 5 stars, due to it having less games than in the description, the faulty search function, the occasional sound issues, and how much heat it puts off. But, it does have some great games, wireless controllers that are PS2 style, and our family has been having a BLAST playing it!

Games and everything are in a different langue so I’ve not been able to use it much as It’s hard to tell what you are doing.

This is perfect for a family that doesn’t take gaming too serious. It’s a good pastime. Not the best quality. Lots of fun. Easy to setup.
