The SPIPER Churchwarden Tobacco Pipe was ordered due to the styling of the pipe as I did not have a Churchwarden in my collection. It is my first pearwood but the bowl appears to have had some kind of filler pasted in to 'round out' the internal of the bowl. That fact equates to a takeaway, obviously. Secondly, the pipe bowl external color on pipe received isn't even close to advertisement photographs, but I can live with that. Lastly, the pipe won't be smoked so I will not be able to provide feedback regarding taste, draw, or longevity of the product. COPD really has some obvious downsides. The pipe just looks cool so I ordered it.

I am pleased with the Spiper Churchwarden Tobacco Pipe beginner’s kit. The bowl is a nice size and fits comfortably in my hand. I like the longer stem because it helps cool the smoke. The kit comes with a black velvet carrying bag, a 3-in-1 pipe scraper, and pipe cleaners. Personally, I recommend purchasing longer pipe cleaners. Something to note: the product description indicates the pipe is made of pear wood, but the pictures say rosewood. As others have commented, this pipe is a costume piece, and is clearly not built for use. I tried smoking, but the chemical fumes convinced me never to try that again...

This is a beautifully crafted Churchwarden pipe. Even though it's lightweight, it feels very comfortable sitting in your hand. The nicely boxed set includes the pipe, pipe cleaners, and a tamping tool. Perfect for your own collection or the perfect gift for a fellow pipe smoker - it would be most appreciated!

This is a nice pipe. Has a good balanced feel to it, and pulls smooth. Pretty too. Comes with a pouch and cleaners. A nice basic Churchwarden

I got this to see how my grandfather would look using it, after him using chewing tobacco and occasional smoking for decades. Despite it being a bad habit, I know there's no convincing him to stop so I just go along with it now. I sat with him one day and he looked just as stereotypical as I expected, like British detective and I started laughing with him.

I bought another pipe by same manufacturer for 24.99 but it is no longer listed. Instead of the brass insert in the stem, it was open and filters could be inserted. Otherwise looked identical. I removed the long stem and put in the short one. Afterwards the long stem was loose. They sent a complete replacement but the shank was split where the mouthpiece peg was inserted.
