Fun read
NLP, or neuro-linguistic programming, is a subject that motivational masters like Tony Robbins have bandied around for decades. So when I saw the title - I was immediately intrigued. Is it possible to pick up a few tricks in 30 days, using a non-boring way? Without a doubt, this book is not boring. In fact, I'd say it's a fun and entertaining read for those that are new to the subject of NLP, and want to level themselves up. Worth a read!

A good into to NLP
Easy to follow & great takeaways but not what I expected - the writer’s style was a bit off-putting

Easy to follow and interesting
I really liked how the lessons were broken up and taught in a storytelling (interesting) way. I learned a lot of great skills. If you're an NLP beginner, this is the book for you.

Scratches the surface
Learn NLP provides an accessible introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming, but the scientific support for these techniques remains contested. Tony Wrighton succeeds in delivering the NLP model in an engaging, conversational way through bite-sized daily lessons. He weaves in research on things like visualization and anchoring, but some scientists argue these studies don't fully validate the broader NLP approach. The interactive exercises get readers implementing the techniques right away which promotes learning. For example, readers create physical anchors to elicit certain emotional states. However, the book only scratches the surface of NLP in 30 days. Wrighton focuses on immediately useful tools around rapport-building and managing anxiety but does not go deeply into the model. Skeptics may find the lack of rigor and reliance on anecdotes problematic. But Learn NLP works well as a starting point for beginners to experiment with these personal development tools. Wrighton provides a memorable crash course that leaves readers inspired but needing to explore more advanced training elsewhere. The book succeeds as an introduction, but those looking for definitive scientific validation may be disappointed.

Easy to understand
It’s a very basic way to learn NLP and integrate them into your life but remember you can’t learn NLP from any books or videos you need to do a course interaction with people to action the techniques not this is a good simple book

Good primer
You won’t learn NLP with this book, however, you will be given an interesting tour of its benefits in a jargon free tour. Good intro to it and conversational, easy to understand. Should peak your interest in deeper learning.
