Expensive for a reason
If you have tried el cheapo blue light glasses before and they did not last that long (i.e. blurry lens), try this. It's expensive for some reason.4 stars for the size. wish Temporal width were 165 - 170mm and ear piece 150-160mm.

Functional but not necessarily attractive
I have several brands of reading glasses, including prescription ones with blue block. The fit of my prescription ones seem a bit off, causing some pressure on the sides of my head after several hours. I really don't really to go in to the optician right now for an adjustment. My eyes also tend to get dry with computer use.I ordered a Prospek pair in my reading prescription but obviously no customization, so cannot correct for my astigmatism. However, the frames are very light, and with the yellow tint, my eyes seem to do well with computer fatigue. They are also very lightweight, which I love. Due to being so light, they seem a bit fragile but I can be rough on things and after a month, I have had no issues. The only reason that I rated 4 out of 5: these are functional, but not very attractive. They are unisex but not very attractive on me. The yellow tint alone makes them a bit odd looking, and the frames themselves are not very attractive on me. I considered the other frame shape options sold by Prospek, but they were either out of my magnification, or no better than these on terms of style. They do their job in terms of preventing fatigue, which is what is most important. Finally, the first pair that I ordered was completely off in terms of magnification. I ordered a +0.5 and the package was labeled as such but I received something much stronger. Fortunately the seller returned for free.

They work...
I never realized that the light from my monitors was causing eyestrain until I started wearing these glasses and noticed that I wasn't scrunching my eyes anymore. The scrunching then led to headaches which no longer happen due to these glasses. I wear contacts but noticed that my prescription glasses also have a similar filter, which leads me to believe that a filter like this makes a difference. The glassed themselves are comfortable, stylish and the arms are somewhat adjustable in case your head is smaller or larger.I would recommend these to a friend if they were having issues with headaches and/or eyestrain. How I review:When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. I then add and/subtract stars based on certain criteria as listed below.1. If an item is exactly what I expected and nothing more it will receive a four star rating2. If an item surpasses my expectations it will gain a star (5 Stars)3. If an item goes slightly below my expectations it will lose a star (3 Stars)4. If the instructions for the product (if needed) are poorly written (hard to understand due to language issues or grammar) or just too hard to follow it will lose a star no matter if the product meets or exceed my expectations5. If a product is significantly below my expectations I will deduct two stars6. It will be rare that I would give a product one star since I buy mostly items that have a 4+ rating but in rare instances there may be a good reason that even a four star product receives a one star rating from me. It could be because of customer service issues from the company but whatever the case is I will clearly explain my reason for giving a product only one star

Good blue light filtering lenses and a bargain at this price
I bought these lenses to replace a pair that I had from Costco. The previous lenses were prescription, meaning they cost about $140 between frames and lenses and had the standard Costco lenses which include anti glare.I use these lenses as computer lenses at work, and I carry them around all the time, constantly putting them on and off. The Costco lenses lasted me about a year and a half. They are still usable, but have a bunch of scratches. In fact they are pretty bad in that area compared to much more expensive Crizal lenses that I have in another pair. These glasses cost $40 and they are not prescription. They are like a much better quality set of reader lenses like the ones you can buy in the super market. What is good about them is that for that price you get the following features:1) Blue light filtering that works really well: I brought these to my optometrist and she compared them with the ones she sells at a much higher cost. Turns out these filtered more blue light than hers! I've only been using them for a few days, so I'm not sure about the benefits of the filtering, but most specialists seem to agree that is a good thing to have for your health.2) Good anti glare3) Good quality lenses4) Pretty nice frames: while the quality is not particularly high, the frames are very nice looking (I've received cumpliments from my co-workers already) and the quality is clearly above that of the $10-20 readers you can get in the supermarket.Time will tell if they last like the Costco ones, but for now I'm very happy, and at this price, if they last 6 months they are still a great deal.

Much better than my prescription reading glasses
I've waited several days to write this review and have used these for 40+ hours of computer reading.I have many pairs of prescription reading glasses courtesy of a High Street opticians. Each time I go for my eye test, they prescribe me new ones for reading books at close range. I never read books. I only use computers. Despite my protestations, they keep prescribing me book reading glasses which leads to tired eyes from 10+ hours of using a computer every day. Anyway, I ended up buying these computer glasses as my eyes have been suffering a lot lately. After some research I learnt that intermediate computer were what I need so that the focus point is around double the distance compared to regular reading glasses, and they should have a blue light filter in the lenses to protect your eyes better from harmful blue light emitted by computer screens.Given my current book reading glasses are a +2.00 prescription for both eyes, I ordered the +1.00 ones to achieve a longer focus distance (my computer screen is around 26 inches from my eyes. They arrived promptly and the packaging is very nice with a decent hard case and a good quality lens cleaning cloth. The styling is okay but as they're just for computer use I'm not too bothered about the styling. There are no separate nose pieces, instead the nose piece is part of the frame and fixed. They fit very comfortably to my face - surprisingly comfortably. The first you notice (after the comfortable fit) is that the view changes to a 'warmer' view. There's no harshness from the computer screen. I've done a couple of 12+ hour days of computer use and my eyes have felt fine before bedtime. The lenses look clear, but if you look carefully and at an angle you can detect a very slight orange/red/purple tint.Once you remove them after a while you suddenly see the glare and harshness that they've been protecting your eyes from. The effect when wearing them is a more pronounced 'night shift' colour mode that you get on some phones. The frame is plastic, as are the lenses (polycarbonate I would guess). Thus, I'm not sure about longevity of these glasses. I would imagine that I would need to order a new pair once a year, but we shall see.I'm really glad I bought these as my eyes are now far less strained at night. The comfortable fit is a great bonus for me too. I'd be happy to order a pair annually as the build quality is average, but the benefits far outweigh this.

lightweight, precision feel, snappy case
These have noticeably better lenses than cheaper reading glasses. The blue reflecting coating works. They are precision made and light weight so do not press on your nose and ears and are also larger than most cheap reading glasses and a better fit for me. Would still like about 12mm longer before the bend in the temples though. In fact I would suggest the temples be straight and allow the tips to slide out so they can be adjusted for length.I am impressed though and think they are worth the extra money for computer use, especially when dealing with difficult interfaces at unfortunate resolutions. Lots cheaper and probably more effective than a new monitor for that purpose!I like them.

They do look trendy and comfortable
I’m near sighted, and I got a +2.25 and the magnification was so strong I could not see anything at all, it’s kinda guessing really picking something with magnification, for people with no eye trouble the non magnification would be fine. I went to my optician and got my eyes tested and had a pair of distance glasses made and got a pair of prescription computer glasses made as well.

They work
I’m a sceptic when it comes to claims about products such as this, but in all honesty they’re so much better than the cheaper ‘readers’ out there. My eyes are less tired and I’m able to work longer with fewer breaks. The dryness thing is true too. Genuinely pleased.

Excellent Customer Service
Not only are the lenses as good as the ones purchased for serious money at the optometrist but when I had a small issue, I decided to contact Prospek and they addressed the situation immediately. It’s Boxing Day and they were onto it straight away. Talk about 5 star service.
