Roblox Lua: Understanding the Basics: Get Started with Roblox Programming Paperback – October 3, 2017

This book feels fantastic with its matte coating but that has nothing to do with the inside. My kids love the book and that is all that seems to be important. My son is 8 and my daughter 12, good age range on the book so far.

This was an easy to read well written book!I hope the author writes more books like this!Thanks for reading this rating!

Overall, I adored the book. It was very helpful at the start but progressing forward, the levels of explaiining what certain functions or scripts, was drastically decreased almost as if you were in a rush to get it done. All in all, I definitely will read the book again, but by fixing these errors the book itself and its content will definitely be improved.

This is a self-published "book" / PDF that is like ~30 pages of very superficial content. I.e. "click here to open the editor ... here's a sample line of code or two you could put in ... now good luck!". ...and the code examples are _center-aligned_!It's not a real programming book.

Told me how to program my own game.Thank you very much. Now on to programming weapons. 😆 😆 😆 😆

Doesn't meet the needs of someone who is new to Roblox. Basically, a bunch of jargon. Someone new to Robots needs more guidance.

I didn’t read it, but it seemed well made and was pretty cheap. Got it as a gift for pre teen.

My son loved it! He's currently working on creating his own game
